We’ll be kicking off the Specialty at our host hotel (see Hotel Reservations page link) with registration, our educational presentations, and our Annual General Meeting along with a few surprises. Come 6:00 PM, it’ll be time to adjourn to the nearby En Fuego Cantina & Grill, a Del Mar institution since 1930, where we’ll enjoy a private Mexican buffet with a cash bar followed by our traditional Club auction. $30.00 - the good times and camaraderie are free!

You’ll be ringside and you’re going to want to eat! Concession stand? Instead, how about a lovingly crafted Panino cold cut sandwich and a San Pellegrino from Del Mar’s Trattoria Ponte Vecchio served ringside just for you for $14?

We’ll be gathering at the nearby Brigantine Restaurant to celebrate your triumphs and hear our judges’ thoughts on the entry and the day. We’ll start with a cocktail party with cash bar and hors d’oeuvres at 6:00 PM then, weather permitting, we’ll dine outside in their garden under the stars, the bistro lights and patio heaters. The menu is prix fixe and priced at $40 and includes, your choice of entree, the Brigantine house salad (dried cranberries, candied pecans, hearts of palm, crumbled blue cheese in mixed baby lettuces, house vinaigrette), creme brûlée for dessert, coffee and tea, and valet parking!
